I live in an area with hard water and use quite a lot of styling products, so I knew I needed a clarifying shampoo. I ordered this G-Fusion Chelating Shampoo to try. I shampooed twice, and this definitely removed all the buildup and oiliness from my scalp, leaving my hair and scalp feeling fresh.This G-Fusion really did get my scalp squeaky clean in a double shampoo. The crystal clear formula lathers well and has a light, fresh scent. I appreciate the pump bottle, which makes things so much easier in the shower. I followed up with a deep conditioning hair mask because my hair definitely felt like it was a little stripped. After drying my hair, it felt light, soft, and airy and clean but not overly dried out. I feel my hair had good volume, too.While I don’t plan to use this shampoo every time I wash my hair, I will definitely be adding it to my hair care rotation to keep the buildup down and help my hair and scalp stay in good health. I have a somewhat oily scalp and live in an area with quite hard water, so using a chelating shampoo or a clarifying shampoo is definitely something recommended. I’ve been doing a wavy hair routine in recent months, so I’m using more styling products than I used to. I’ve started to feel that my hair needed a thorough cleanse.I’d recommend this shampoo to anyone with an oily scalp or buildup, but I’d also note that you’ll need to follow up with a conditioner to keep your hair in good shape. I think the price is reasonable for this shampoo, which seems to be high quality.
