I absolutely love it! Works so well!

I ordered the Volumizing Dry Shampoo Powder. I have used all different kinds of dry shampoos, and I have always preferred the powder over the spray as it doesn't really work the best for my particular hair which is very fine, thin, color treated, and usually incredibly dirty. Lol. I only wash it about every 6 days, so I expect more from whatever I'm using. Back in the day decades ago I used to use talcum powder from the weekly makeup lady that came around which had perfumes in it. However, if you don't rub it in well it's embarrassing. This is a smaller container, and if you pull off the very top there's a little poof on there which you then dab all over your scalp. I used it on 5-day dirty hair, and I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere very fast, and I felt like I had to keep hitting myself in the head. I did feel it was working, but it was far too time consuming. It didn't leave a white residue, and it gave my roots more volume. If I was just going to get a small section it would be different. It actually smells really good and tropical to me. Initially, I took off that cotton floofy thing and put it in my hands, rubbed them together, then put my head upside down and really put it in my scalp which was perfect and amazing. However, I quickly realized all I needed to do was twist the top off as if you look closely there are essentially two tops to this. The very top has the cover over the cotton material on it that you can pull off and access the powder. But you can just leave it on and untwist it less than an inch below. I ended up putting the cotton part back on, because the cap isn't the most secure if I had that off since it could open up and dump the contents out. The very top cap is not a twist off, and just the second part twists off. If I had this in my purse or for traveling it could easily open up which would be much less of a mess if only a little dusting got onto things since the cotton part would be holding most of it inside. In my particular one, it's only about 3/4 full. If I take my time and pay attention to what I'm doing, I don't have to use that much when I use this method instead of the tedious head bumping situation. I honestly feel this is my favorite dry shampoo that I've tried in years so that says a lot since my hair is usually not a happy camper. I would definitely reorder this, and I recommend it especially if you try this method instead, thank you.

I ordered G-Fusion Volumizing Dry Shampoo Powder to try on my fine, color-treated hair between shampoos. I've tried the spray-on type with limited success because it often applies too much powder on my scalp. This small (0.7 oz) 3 1/2" tall plastic bottle with a sponge cap applicator contains a fine white powder that only comes out when the sponge is pressed against the scalp. The ingredients are free of parabens, sulfates, and animal cruelty among other notable claims, which are hard to read on the back of the tiny bottle. Ingredients include tapioca, arrowroot, rice starch, diatomaceous earth, caffeine, and watermelon fruit extract. The powder is faintly fruit scented, made in the US, and MoCRA (an FDA cosmetics oversight) compliant.I'm pleased with the dry shampoo- it works well on my hair and doesn't leave a powdery residue. It seems to add volume, which is nice. I only wish that the price point was lower, given the small amount of product.

I like this volumizing dry shampoo powder and find it especially useful for on-the-go situations. The container is very small, which makes it perfect for travel, whether it’s in luggage or a purse. I have brown hair and didn’t notice any white residue at all, which is something I always worry about with dry shampoo. It does a good job absorbing oil and boosting volume when I can’t wash my hair. I do wish it had a scent, since I prefer dry shampoos that leave my hair smelling fresh. It seems a bit pricey for the amount you get, but it works well and delivers on its claims.
